Are the prices fixed?
Yes. Each price is for the move you describe: the addresses, the date, the home and the items. If something important changes, like extra furniture or a different floor, the price is updated before you pay, never on the day.
How quickly do I get prices?
Usually straight away. Movers who've set their rates price your move instantly, and you'll see them on screen as soon as you finish the form. We'll also email you a link to come back to.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, so you can spread the cost of your move. You can also pay in full, or pay a deposit now and the balance later. Klarna is subject to status, 18+ only, T&Cs apply.
Do I need an account?
No. You can get prices as a guest. We'll email you a secure link to your quotes, and you can create an account later if you'd like a dashboard.
Can I add packing, storage or cleaning?
Yes. Packing, boxes, furniture dismantling, storage and end-of-tenancy cleaning can all be added in the form, and are priced into your quotes.
What if I need to change my date?
Change it from your quote page. Your prices are recalculated for the new date and you'll see which movers are free.
